HCC Announces Ward One Endorsement
The Henderson Chamber of Commerce’s (HCC) Issues Mobilization Political Action Committee (IMPAC) is excited to announce it has endorsed Jim Seebock for the Henderson City Council Seat in Ward One.

IMPAC met with every candidate running in the special election, and while there are many passionate and impressive candidates, Jim stood out. He has deep roots to the community and a focus on many of the policy priorities that are important to the HCC and our members.
Prior to the Ward One special election being announced, Jim was already meeting with small businesses on Water Street and learning more about issues facing our community. He has met with local leaders to discuss issues such as the water shortage, how to address homelessness, and the importance of economic growth in southern Nevada. His other priorities for Henderson include public safety, supporting first responders and veterans, allowing Henderson to have its own school district, and community interaction.
A Deputy Chief of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, Jim has been a Henderson resident since 1986. Jim is also an active HCC member and a graduate of the Leadership Henderson class of 2016. Learn more about Jim’s background and policy priorities here.
Ballot drop-off begins Monday, March 20th, with early voting March 28 – March 30 and Election Day on April 3. We urge all our members living in Ward One to support Jim in the special election. Find out if you live in Ward One here.
