  • 15 fully refurbished, furnished and all-inclusive (electricity, central air, data, high-speed internet, janitorial, common area maintenance) private offices with short-term 6-month leases
  • 24/7 access for office tenants
  • Offices range from 140 sf to 360 sf – monthly rental rates start at $2.75 psf
  • Grant opportunities for select start-up businesses
  • Touchdown stations for weekly ($100) or monthly ($200) rental – 10 stations available for weekday use
  • Seminar room rental including 70" HDTV to support hybrid meetings or presentations
  • Break room and kitchen
