The Henderson Chamber of Commerce Foundation is a non-profit corporation organized to manage and distribute funds and resources to further the development of the community through activities that are exclusively charitable or educational. The Foundation is responsible for the creation and success of both Launchpad (a business incubator) and the Leadership Henderson program. The Foundation implements a management strategy that consolidates the Foundation programs (Leadership and Launchpad) into a uniform structure providing benefits such as increased exposure, more Chamber of Commerce involvement and operational savings.

Fueling Emerging Businesses
Launchpad is downtown Henderson’s entrepreneurial hub, serving start-up businesses and those that are ready to shift from a home to office environment. The center is the longest-running business incubator and accelerator in the state of Nevada.
A nine-month program for professionals to explore regional issues, build leadership skills, and connect with top decision-makers shaping Southern Nevada’s future.
Community Cares
The Community Cares initiative is the heart of our Chamber’s community engagement, connecting HCC members with meaningful volunteer, fundraising, and in-kind support opportunities throughout the year. Spearheaded by the Henderson Chamber of Commerce Foundation, this program uplifts local charities by rallying the collective generosity and talents of our members.
