Building Community Through Service

The Community Cares initiative is the heart of our Chamber’s community engagement, connecting HCC members with meaningful volunteer, fundraising, and in-kind support opportunities throughout the year. Spearheaded by the Henderson Chamber of Commerce Foundation, this program uplifts local charities by rallying the collective generosity and talents of our members.

Get Involved

The Henderson Chamber Foundation’s Community Cares program is partnering with Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth to support local youth through education, mentorship, and meaningful community involvement.

There are several ways to get involved, including donating school supplies through the Education Drive, providing meals through “Cookin’ for a Cause,” or hosting an educational workshop to inspire and empower young people.

School supply donations are being collected now through July 16, 2026 at the HCC offices.

Apply to Become a Community Cares Partner

Is your organization making a difference in the Henderson community? The Henderson Chamber of Commerce Foundation invites local 501(c)(3) nonprofits to apply for support through our Community Cares initiative.

Each year, the Foundation selects charitable partners for hands-on projects driven by Chamber members and staff—ranging from volunteerism and donation drives to in-kind professional services and community outreach. Selected organizations benefit from increased visibility, valuable resources, and meaningful connections across the business community.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and selected based on alignment with program goals and available resources.
