Office Space
Launchpad is a business incubator and accelerator providing support services tailored to startup companies. We offer affordable office suites with short term leases and minimum deposits. Up to 15 businesses can reside in newly refurbished, variably sized executive offices at Launchpad. These offices are designed to meet tenants' immediate needs and still provide ample space for growth. Tenancy requires only six-month leases, which may be extended. Rent subsidies are available for qualified businesses.
- 15 fully refurbished, furnished and all-inclusive (electricity, central air, data, high-speed internet, janitorial, common area maintenance) private offices with short-term 6-month leases
- 24/7 access for office tenants
- Offices range from 140 sf to 360 sf – monthly rental rates start at $2.75 psf
- Touchdown coworking stations for weekly ($100) or monthly ($200) rental – 10 stations available for weekday use
- Mail and parcel collection and distribution
- Breakroom and kitchen
- Seminar room rental including Smart TV with video conferencing
- Onsite manager

- Reduced Henderson Chamber membership dues for tenants
Business Networking
Launchpad partners with many community business entities. As a tenant, you are provided many opportunities to network with other professionals. The Henderson Chamber of Commerce holds regular mixers and networking events, and Launchpad offers educational seminars, introducing business from all areas of Southern Nevada. The resource center also works closely with the City of Henderson which provides many networking and educational events, plus helpful tools for businesses.
