D.J. Allen, founder of Xs & Os of Success, has been selected to serve as the facilitator for Leadership Henderson. With a deep connection to both Leadership Henderson and the Henderson Chamber of Commerce, Allen’s appointment marks an exciting new chapter in his ongoing commitment to fostering leadership in the community.

A 2002 graduate of Leadership Henderson, Allen was chosen as class speaker by his peers and has remained an active participant in the program ever since. He served as a founding board member of the Henderson Community Foundation, initially developed as a class project, and volunteered on the Leadership Henderson steering committee, even serving as Co-Chair. In recent years, Allen has also contributed as a presenter for Leadership Henderson.

“Leadership Henderson and the Henderson Chamber of Commerce have played critical roles in my life, both professionally and personally,” Allen said. “We’re thrilled to have this opportunity to collaborate with so many good people involved with Leadership Henderson. The program changes lives and the community for the better – we know firsthand.”

Allen's leadership doesn’t stop with his role at Leadership Henderson. He currently serves as Chair of the Chamber’s Legacy Committee, which leads the organization’s Board mentorship initiative. Allen was also previously named Member of the Year by the HCC and served as Chair of the Chamber’s Board of Directors from 2013-2015.

Through his company, Xs & Os of Success, Allen and his team work with organizations across the West to grow people and cultures, focusing on rising leaders. Bridget Byrne, Director of Programming at Xs & Os of Success, is also a proud 2015 graduate of Leadership Henderson.
