With more than 30 years in banking, including over two decades in commercial/business banking, Mindy Kermes brings deep financial expertise and a strong commitment to helping local businesses thrive. As SVP/Senior Relationship Manager at Lexicon Bank, she grows, manages and advises a diverse portfolio of business clients, delivering lending, treasury management, and deposit solutions that fuel sustainable growth. She also serves as a co-team lead within her department, helping develop talent and support strategic priorities. 

A Henderson resident and Chamber participant since 2009, Mindy has served as a Chamber Ambassador for two nonconsecutive terms, is a 2017 Leadership Henderson graduate and remains active in events and initiatives that strengthen the business community.

In addition to serving businesses and nonprofit organizations throughout the region, Mindy is well known for her involvement with the Henderson Silver Knights and Las Vegas Desert Dogs at Lee’s Family Forum. Her passion for community connections and local engagement has made her a familiar and trusted presence throughout Henderson.

She is a past board member and chapter president of CREW Las Vegas (2019) and currently serves on the American Lung Association Nevada leadership board supporting initiatives to improve lung health in Nevada.
