Board Member

Melanie Marcano is the Marketing Director at Findlay Volkswagen, where she leads creative strategies that reflect the brand’s fun, welcoming and community-focused identity.

With a background in nonprofit fundraising at Miracle Flights and two terms on the board of the Association of Fundraising Professionals – Las Vegas Chapter, she brings a strong passion for relationship-building and service. Melanie is also an active member of Women United, supporting initiatives that uplift women and families in Southern Nevada.

She holds a B.S. from St. Martin’s University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. In her free time, she enjoys live music, reading, exploring new experiences, and spending time with her family—all while living by her values of kindness, joy, and giving back.
