Mary Malloy
Mary Malloy is in her seventh year with the Henderson Chamber of Commerce and in 2025 was elevated to Chief Operating Officer. Mary is responsible for overseeing the organization’s strategic direction, operations and execution of key initiatives.
In this role, Mary ensures the Chamber delivers measurable value to its members while fostering business growth, innovation, and community development across Southern Nevada. With a strong background in leadership and organizational management, Mary is dedicated to advancing the Chamber’s mission of strengthening the regional economy and supporting a thriving business community.
A fierce work ethic and humble servant’s spirit have been the foundation for Mary’s distinguished career in a diverse area of sales and service.
In 2021 Mary was promoted to Director of Operations overseeing the day-to-day business functions that kept the Chamber running smoothly and ensuring that the Chamber delivered exceptional value to its members and the business community at large. In addition, Mary also stepped into coordinating the Henderson Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s programming and financial management.
With a focus on collaboration and member engagement, Mary continues to play a key role in streamlining processes, coordinating events, and supporting strategic initiatives that drives economic growth in Henderson.
Born and raised in Southern New Jersey, Mary moved West in 2018 to become the Events Manager for HCC.
Previously, Mary worked as the national sales representative for an athletics awards and recognition company (Varsity Athletic); served as an area recruiter and marketing coordinator for a home health care provider (BAYADA); and coordinated all aspects of more than 100 events annually at the Chamber of Commerce Southern New Jersey.
A former collegiate athlete, captain and NCAA representative, Mary earned a Bachelor’s degree, graduating cum laude and on the Dean’s List in 2009 from King’s College in Wilkes Barre, PA.
