Mary Beth Hartleb, J.D., SPHR, CPC, CEO and Founder

Mary Beth founded PRISM HR Consulting, LLC in 2003. Prism HR supports local, national, and international companies in all areas of HR. Her career spans over thirty years in the human resources field working for Fortune 500 companies while developing human resource departments for smaller, entrepreneurial ventures across a variety of industries and non-profits.


She currently serves as Chair of the IMPAC committee with the Henderson Chamber of Commerce, serves on the Board of Directors for Heaven Can Wait Animal Society and the Atomic Museum. She worked on Governor Lombardo's transition team, was previously appointed by Governor Sisolak to the task force on Employee Misclassification and by Governor Sandoval to the Board of Directors for the Nevada Workforce Investment Board. She is a past Board Member of Nevada State College, the Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada, Neon Museum, and Society for Human Resource Management-Nevada.

The Henderson Chamber of Commerce named her Board Member of the Year 2021. In 2011, NAWBO awarded her the Entrepreneur of the Year Award. In 2010, In Business bestowed her with the Entrepreneur Award. She was a finalist recipient of the Athena Award bestowed by the Women’s Chamber of Commerce and is inducted into their Hall of Fame. In 2007, she was awarded the Woman in Business Champion by the United States Small Business Administration.


Mary Beth earned a J.D. from the William S. Boyd School of Law, holds a master's degree in Human Resource Management and a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Administration. Credentials include the Senior Human Resource Professional (SPHR) designation from SHRM and Certified Professional Coach (CPC).
