Kristen Makhathini is an accomplished business leader with more than 25 years of executive leadership experience spanning real estate, business operations, live entertainment, and entrepreneurship. As Managing Broker for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties' Summerlin Centre Campus, she leads one of Southern Nevada's largest real estate offices, overseeing operations, strategic growth, and the professional development of nearly 300 real estate professionals. In addition to her leadership role, Kristen is a top-performing Realtor known for delivering exceptional client service and building lasting relationships.

Throughout her career, Kristen has led high-performing teams, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, directed large-scale operations and events, negotiated complex partnerships and contracts, and served as a trusted spokesperson and relationship builder. Her diverse professional background has shaped a collaborative leadership style focused on innovation, operational excellence, and helping people and organizations reach their full potential.



A graduate of the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Kristen is a graduate of the HCC Leadership Henderson Class of 2023, has served as Elite Alumni Committee Chair, and is currently Chair of the Steering Committee. She serves as a Board Trustee for Galilee Episcopal Camp & Retreat Center in Lake Tahoe, sits on Grievance Committee with Las Vegas Realtors Association, and enjoys entertaining the crowd as a member of the WNBA Las Vegas Aces “High Rollers” Dance Team. Kristen is passionate about strengthening businesses, developing leaders, and building vibrant communities through service and collaboration.
