Immediate Past Chair

John Ramous has been a leader in the commercial real estate industry for over 25 years. Most recently, John assumed a Partner position in Nevada with Dermody Properties. Prior to that, and since moving to Nevada in 2003, he had been with Harsch Investment Properties serving as Senior Vice President, Regional Manager of its Las Vegas Region. With Harsch, he managed an 8 million square foot portfolio of business parks and a staff of 50 employees which served over 1,300 businesses throughout Southern Nevada.

Since moving to Las Vegas, John has been active with the Southern Nevada chapter of NAIOP and is currently serving on both its local Southern Nevada Chapter Board, as well as its National Board. Since 2008 he has Chaired its Government Affairs Committee. He is a Trustee and past President for the Henderson Development Association and currently serves as Chairman of the Board of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce.
