Board Member

Jim McDade is President for KB Home’s Las Vegas division. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing all operations, including land acquisition, land development, purchasing, sales, design studio, construction, customer service, marketing and finance.

Mr. McDade has worked in the homebuilding industry for over 20 years and joined KB Home in 2019 as Vice President of Land Acquisition for the company’s Jacksonville division. He held roles of increasing responsibility, including Executive Vice President and was promoted in 2024 to President of the Las Vegas division.

Mr. McDade holds Bachelor of Business Management from Florida State University.
