Jason Andoscia, Principal & Senior Vice President

Jason serves as a principal architect for TSK focused on providing design excellence to each client as well as having a postive impact on every community served. He has been practicing as a licensed architect since 2008 with a wide variety of project types and sizes. He is involved in all aspects of the design and management process, from master planning, programming and conceptual design to technical documents and construction administration. He was the lead local architect on the Las Vegas Convention Center West Hall Expansion, a one-billion-dollar project, that won the Nevada AIA Unbuilt Honor Award (2019) and Built Honor Award (2021).

As Senior Vice President, Jason also works closely with the President in strategic planning of all aspects of the business including finance, operations, marketing and business development. He is also passionate about supporting a strong culture of professional development and mentorship within the firm to support TSK’s mission of serving communties through design excellence.


Jason is also very involved within community, including being an active member of the American Instititue of Architects, a City of Henderson Planning Commissioner, a board member of the Boys and Girls Club of Southern Nevada, and a board member of IMPAC.



Jason graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelors of Architecture, Cum Laude. He and his wife Elizabeth reside in Henderson with their two children. Besides spending time with his family, Jason has a passion for serving his community, fishing, and is an amatuer magician.
