As Government Affairs Manager, Eric works closely with the Director of Government Affairs to analyze policy across all levels of government, advocate for laws that strengthen Henderson’s business community, and provide members with important updates that may impact their business.

After earning his Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Public Administration from the University of Nevada – Las Vegas in 2018, Cardona worked in the Office of the Governor for the State of Nevada and the United States Senate. With a background as a Constituent Services Director and Grants Manager for multiple government organizations, Cardona brings over 12 years of government relations skills to the Henderson Chamber of Commerce. Cardona’s deep understanding of Nevada’s policy landscape and commitment to the community will be instrumental in advancing the Chamber’s mission to foster a strong business environment for Henderson.
