David Edelblute, Business and Government Affairs Attorney

David Edelblute is an attorney and lobbyist, with a focus on representing businesses and advocating for their interests at all levels of government. David has represented a range of corporate clients in all aspects of a business lifecycle: formation; licensure; strategic planning; compliance; litigation; mergers/acquisitions; dissolution; and licensing & regulatory. His clients are heavily concentrated in highly regulated or privileged licensed industries such as banking, construction, cannabis, gaming, liquor law, real estate, and healthcare. David’s legal career was preceded by a career in government and politics, including involvement with several federal, state, and local campaigns, as well as with ballot question initiatives in multiple states.



David believes strongly in giving back to the community that raised him. He is currently a federal appointee to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights Nevada Advisory Committee, a trustee to the Henderson Chamber of Commerce Foundation, a committee member for the Henderson Chamber of Commerce's state legislative committee, and the Secretary to the Las Vegas Chapter of The Federalist Society, in addition to his role as a board member with IMPAC. David also serves the City of Henderson on its Redevelopment Agency Commission and formerly on its City Charter Committee and a special ballot committee.
