Where do we even start?! Okay, I’ve got it. After pursuing his dream to be a legitimate rock star Dave cut his hair and bought in on making money during the day. The hours of disciplined practice in music allowed Dave to become a pretty decent drummer but the discipline needed to keep time perfectly also instilled in him attention to detail and understanding that the basics, done well, will catapult your skill level and results in business. 

Sales seemed a perfect fit for a performance-based personality, coupled with a competitive drive, lent itself to Dave succeeding in over 20 years of working in real estate. As a lender, a commercial interior salesperson and in his current iteration 10+ years in real estate sales. 98% of Dave’s sales in residential real estate are from referrals; either from past clients, personal and business acquaintances, as well as, other real estate agents across the country. True to form he knew exactly which band of rock stars in real estate to join when he auditioned for and got the gig with The DiRaffaele Group@ eXp Realty!

Along the way Dave managed to get married to an amazing woman and together they are raising two teenaged boys. For giggles and to stay fit, Dave started practicing Taekwondo and Krav Maga and in 2020 picked up a World Championship….no coincidence it was the calendar year after he graduated Leadership Henderson. So there you go, join Henderson Leadership and you may just pick up a world title. You just never know! Dave is involved in Dads in School, President of his chapter of BNI and is Chairman of the Agent Advisory Committee for his eXp Synergy Community and has served on the Leadership Henderson Steering Committee for four years.
