Daughn Greening is the Sales Manager at the Henderson Chamber of Commerce, where she focuses on driving membership growth, securing strategic sponsorships, and strengthening relationships across Southern Nevada’s business community. In her role, she works closely with Chamber leadership to develop and execute sales strategies, connect businesses to meaningful opportunities, and support initiatives that enhance member engagement and regional impact.

With a strong background in business development, investor relations, and event strategy, Daughn brings a relationship-first approach to her work, prioritizing connection, collaboration, and long-term value.

Prior to joining the Henderson Chamber, Daughn spent several years with the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance (LVGEA), where she played a key role in investor relations and event execution. She supported the organization’s growth by contributing to new investment revenue and leading the planning and execution of high-impact events that connected business leaders, community partners, and policymakers.

In addition to her professional work, Daughn is actively involved in the community and serves as Co-Chair for the Vegas Young Professionals (VYP) Community Outreach Committee, where she helps lead volunteer efforts and foster engagement among emerging leaders in the region.

Daughn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication with a concentration in Media Studies from Nevada State University, graduating summa cum laude. She is passionate about economic development, community building, and creating meaningful connections that drive both business success and regional growth.
