Ben Elwood is the Director of Operations at JOOLA, a global leader in table tennis and pickleball equipment. Based in Henderson, Ben leads JOOLA’s U.S. distribution strategy, overseeing logistics, facility operations, and process optimization across the company’s growing network.

Prior to joining JOOLA, Ben served as Senior Director of Distribution and Logistics for Levi Strauss & Co., where he managed operations across the U.S. and Canada. Under his leadership, the Henderson facility became Levi’s flagship omni-channel distribution center and was recognized as the largest LEED Platinum certified DC in the world.

With over 20 years of experience in supply chain and logistics, Ben has played a pivotal role in launching and scaling distribution centers across North America for Under Armour, Levi Strauss & Co., and JOOLA. His expertise spans strategic planning, workforce development, sustainability, and operational excellence.

Ben holds a degree in Business Administration from Clarion University and is passionate about building strong teams, developing talent, and supporting the long-term growth of Henderson’s business community. He and his wife, Carrie, have lived in Henderson since 2019 and are proud parents to three daughters—Emma, Lilah, and Evelyn.
