Aaron Hirschi, Division President

Aaron Hirschi is a real estate developer focused on providing solutions to Nevada’s housing affordability crisis. As Division President of KB Home Las Vegas, he oversees all development and homebuilding operations for KB Home in the greater Las Vegas area. Aaron returned to his hometown of Las Vegas in 2019 after 13 years in Southern California, bringing with him a depth of experience in urban infill redevelopment partnerships with municipalities for urban revitalization and affordable housing projects.

Having grown up in the construction and development industry in Las Vegas, Aaron developed a fascination with profound influence that urban planning, public policy and the built environment have in shaping the vitality and quality of communities, which led him to pursue graduate studies at the University of Southern California where he earned a Master of Real Estate Development from the USC Price School of Public Policy and Master of Business Administration from the USC Marshall School of Business.


Aaron is currently serving as the President of the Nevada Home Builders Association, Executive Board Member for Southern Nevada Home Builders Association, Board Member and Residential Product Council Chair for Urban Land Institute (ULI) Nevada, and Board Member of the Executive Management Committee of Inspirada, LLC, the master developer of the 1500-acre master planned community in West Henderson. In his free time, Aaron serves as a youth mentor and coach of a middle school/high school mountain bike team in the National Interscholastic Cycle Association (NICA).
