Mary Beth’s career spans over thirty years in the human resources field working for Fortune 500 companies while developing human resource departments for smaller, entrepreneurial ventures. She founded PRISM HR Consulting in 2003 and currently serves as CEO. Prism HR Consulting provides outsourced human resource services such as recruiting, policies, procedures, training, legal compliance, handbooks, and more for small and mid -size businesses.
Giving back to the community is important to Mary Beth. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Henderson Chamber of Commerce, is Vice-Chair of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce IMPAC committee, Nevada State College and the National Atomic Testing Museum. Appointed by Governor Sisolak, she currently serves on a task force focused on worker misclassification issues along with the state’s Labor Commissioner. Previously, she served as President of the Southern Nevada Human Resource Association and as SHRM State Council Director. Mary Beth’s contributions have been recognized by the United States Small Business Administration with the Woman in Business Champion award. In Business recognized her with the Entrepreneur Award and NAWBO recognized her as the Entrepreneur of the Year.
Mary Beth holds a juris doctorate degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law, a master's degree in Human Resource Management and a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Administration. Her credentials include the Senior Human Resource Professional (SPHR) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management and Certified Professional Coach (CPC).
