The HCC will host its monthly networking breakfast from 7 - 9 a.m. on Tuesday, May 8th at Fiesta Henderson.  "The Value of Internships to Employers and Company Workforce Planning,” will be presented by Bradford Glover of College of Southern Nevada, Nicole Wesley of Nevada State College and Las Vegas Councilman Steve Seroka.

Bradford Glover joined the College of Southern Nevada (CSN) as the Director of Career Services and ReEntry in September 2015.  Currently Mr. Glover develops alliances with other institutions of higher education and workforce development organizations on the local and national level. Bradford Glover continues to also work as an Associate College Professor for his alma mater New Mexico State University online college. 

Nicole Wesley is the Director of Career Services at Nevada State College.  She oversees all aspects of the Career Services Center and interfaces with students/alumni, employers, and faculty/staff to provide comprehensive student resources such as major/career exploration, job and internship search assistance, career events and workshops, interview preparation, and more.   

Steve Seroka is a highly-decorated 30-year Active Duty USAF Fighter Pilot, Strategist, Commander. More recently, he has served as the Chief of Staff for Nevada’s largest business organization and a Veterans’ Advocate. Totally devoted to a life of service, Seroka serves as President of the Disabled Veterans Business Alliance, as Director for the World Affairs Council, as an Advisory Council Member of the USO, as Nevada Advisor of the U. S. Global Leadership Coalition, as a National Security Expert for Operation Free, as Commissioner for the North Las Vegas Veterans Community Commission and as Public Outreach Coordinator for the Nevada Veterans Council.
