Henderson Chamber of Commerce hosts one-day event focused on growth Sept. 6
HENDERSON, Nev. – The Henderson Chamber of Commerce and BannerView.com will present The Banner Conference 2013, a one-day conference geared to local business owners, professionals and executives who want to grow their business with innovative marketing and branding techniques from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 6 at the Wildhorse Golf Club, 2100 W Warm Springs Road in Henderson. Registration for the event is $149.79 and includes catered full breakfast and lunch, admission to all sessions and a book from each presenting author.

HENDERSON, Nev. – Leadership Henderson, a program under the Henderson Chamber of Commerce Foundation, will graduate its 13th graduating class Friday, May 17.
The graduates will join the more than 245 existing alumni who have completed the program since its inception in 2000. Many program alumni moved into executive leadership, entrepreneurial and elected positions throughout the community since graduating from Leadership Henderson. HENDERSON, Nev. – Jay Young, partner with Marquis Aurbach Coffing law firm, will present “Simple Strategies to Protect Your Business in a Litigious Society,” during the Henderson Chamber of Commerce’s Roadmap to Success workshop from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Thursday, May 9, at the Henderson Business Resource Center, located at 112 S. Water St. in downtown Henderson’s Water Street District.
During the workshop, Young will discuss how business owners can recognize commonly made mistakes small businesses make, how to fortify the business while protecting personal and business assets, and the dangerous risks unbeknownst by many business owners. Young also will provide analysis of the risks business owners don’t think they have. |
