The HCC offers many great communication tools to assist our members who wish to promote their company news, events, job openings and services. Showcase your business and advertise products and services via our resources. From a free online listing in the member directory, to broadcasting your news and information in our monthly member e-newsletters, we place marketing resources right at your fingertips.
The HCC Member Online Directory
The Henderson Chamber Online Directory lists current Chamber members and their contact information along with a link to their company website. Another outstanding communication tool that the HCC provides for our members is an individual Member Directory Profile page. On this page, members are allowed to add info regarding their company, such as business descriptions detailing their products and services, social media links, company logo, owner’s headshot or photo of storefront and even a place to make *special offers to other HCC Members. All you need to do is log in to your Member Directory page and fill in the fields. For written instructions on how to log into your Member Directory Profile page, click here. An additional way to share your company’s *special offers/discounts/promotions is to use the phrase “SPECIAL OFFER” in front of the text you add to your Special Offer field on your Member Directory Profile page. By adding the words, “SPECIAL OFFER” to this field, anyone who types in the phrase “Special Offer” in our Member Directory will automatically pull up all members’ special offers that were added to their Member Directory Profile pages. Please note: you will be responsible for managing the special offers you place on your Member Directory Profile page. We suggest using start and end dates as well as disclaimer information to prevent any issues or miscommunication.
We also have a Member Calendar on our website, which allows our Members to submit their events and have them posted on www.hendersonchamber.com. To submit an event, click here and fill in the requested fields.
The HCC offers an electronic Member Newsletter which goes out once a month (third Friday of each month) and includes news from our members. To have your company news or event included, submit your article no later than the Friday prior to the scheduled newsletter release date, by clicking this link. The information supplied may be included in the HCC Member Newsletter that will then be emailed out to our over 3,000 contacts. (Please note: submitting your event or article does not guarantee its placement in the HCC Member Newsletter. Space availability dictates how many press releases and events we can include in each issue. We suggest sending your event notices in as soon as possible to ensure timely placement.)
Did you know that the HCC website is visited by over 40,000 people every year? If you are interested in taking advantage of this marketing tool we offer Rotating Banner Ads on our home page (including one ad change-out and a link to your company website) for three months at a cost of $750. The HCC now offers our Members a tool which gives them the ability to promote special discounts on their products and services. Once a month (first Friday of each month), we email out our “HCC Member2Member Marketplace” which contain special promotions and offers from our Members. The “HCC Member2Member Marketplace” link will also be posted on our Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter pages, allowing thousands of our followers and the general public to view it each month with just a click of their mouse. As a benefit of membership, the HCC will assist you in filling any open positions you may have within your company by adding it to our Chamber Member Career Opportunities page on our website. Please send the details in a pdf format (or website link if the job opening is posted on your website) along with the "take-down" date to Josh Martin at email@example.com.
For those members who would like to promote their news and events on our Facebook page, feel free to visit the HCC page and post your information. You are allowed to make special offers to our Facebook followers, announce events and news, or even ask referral questions.
The complete HCC Membership List includes nearly 1,100 contacts. The list use fee for a one-time use through our mailing house is $200 (HCC Members) or $400 (Non-Members). A draft of the item you intend to mail to the members must be submitted to Josh Martin at firstname.lastname@example.org for approval. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation giving you permission to use the mailing list through our mail house. You then negotiate directly with the mailing house for the printing, copying, mailing services that you require. (The cost of these services is not included in the list use fee to the Henderson Chamber of Commerce and are payable directly to the mailing house.
We also offer Printed Labels that can be adhered to your mail piece for a fee of $100 (not available to non-members). Please allow for 5 business days for the labels to be printed and mailed to you.
If you only require the list as a reference, an un-editable file can be emailed to you for $50 (not available to non-members). The HCC Reference List may not be distributed to any third parties. You are allowed to use this list to create your own distribution list by typing in the Member contact info and building your own database.

A new business launch is your first opportunity to make a good impression on prospective customers and the community. Let us help you get noticed and introduce your business to your future customers by scheduling and promoting your Ribbon Cutting, Grand Opening, or Anniversary Ceremony. An invitation is sent out to local dignitaries (Henderson Mayor and City Council Members) as well as to our Board of Directors and Ambassadors. We promote your ribbon cutting on our Events Calendar, our Facebook page and in our Member Newsletter. A printed copy of a photo taken at the event is also sent to you to commemorate the event. Located within the HCC lobby is an information center where members can proudly display business cards, tri-folds, flyers and other marketing materials. The information center serves as free advertising for our members and as a great information hub for the high volume of visitors that come through our doors on a daily basis.
As an HCC member you will receive a plaque in recognition of your membership to be displayed at your place of business. The plaque is a reminder to your clients and customers of your membership in the Henderson Chamber of Commerce.
