Mark Shor
Mark Shor has been working in the IT field for over 30 years. His information technology career includes 20+ years in executive roles in the not-for-profit environment in Education and the Arts. Mark’s experience includes applications development, infrastructure management, networking and telecommunications, both domestically and internationally. He has been accountable for internally and externally managed and hosted application and infrastructure services. As CIO for Touro College, Mark was responsible for applications and infrastructure supporting all college functions, including, Enterprise Resource Planning systems, wide area and local area networks, data centers, telecommunications, wireless communications, staff and student web portal, learning management systems, cyber security and physical security. Mark joined Touro in 1998 as the Director of MIS. He was named Chief Information Officer in 2006. Previously he was the Director of MIS for the Metropolitan Opera Association at Lincoln Center in New York City, Director of MIS for PRA information Communications Group, and Senior Auditor for the Office of the New York State Comptroller. Mark has served on the Sprint Education Advisory Board and the Campus EAI Consortium Advisory Council.
