Jady West, Director of Strategic Sales

Jady West is the Director of Strategic Sales for Cox Business and Hospitality Network. In this role, Jady works closely with CB/HN Leadership, leading a division of sales professionals in the rapidly expanding Strategic Accounts market. Jady is responsible for driving continued sales development and growth, strategic planning, cross-functional alignment, budgeting, and planning for all enterprise verticals including; the Government, Healthcare, Gaming, Lodging, and Hospitality Network. In 2013 Jady lead his team to several significant wins including the Las Vegas Convention and Visitor Authority (LVCVA) the 3rd largest convention center nationally. This 18-month campaign displaced a 15-year incumbent and launched Cox Business into a new realm of business.

Prior to join CB/HN, Jady has held progressively senior leadership positions with AZCom Wireless and most recently T-Mobile USA. Jady brings more than 15 years’ experience in a highly competitive and evolving industry, in developing and leading successful sales teams, sales strategies, and key business partnerships. Jady has demonstrated an exceptional and consistent record of over-achievement, high employee and customer satisfaction, and longevity during challenging market conditions.

Jady is actively involved with non-profit organizations and volunteer programs in the Las Vegas area including Unit Commissioner and Scout Master of the Boy Scouts of America Troop 949, Henderson NFL Flag Football League, City of Henderson Baseball, and NYS Soccer. In addition, Jady has served in multiple leadership positions with his local church and in the past several years has overseen several Church auxiliaries including administrative and financial accountability. Jady received his BS Degree in Management from University of Phoenix. In his spare time Jady participates in Triathlons and is an avid cyclist.
