Office Space

The Henderson Business Resource Center is an incubator providing business support services tailored to young companies. We offer affordable office suites with short term leases and minimum deposits.

Up to 10 businesses can reside in newly refurbished, variably sized executive offices at the Henderson Business Resource Center. These offices are designed to meet tenants' immediate needs and still provide ample space for growth. Tenancy requires only six-month leases, which may be extended.

Business Networking

The Henderson Business Resource Center partners with many community business entities. As a tenant of the Henderson Business Resource Center, you are provided many opportunities to network with other professionals. The Henderson Chamber of Commerce holds regular mixers and networking events; and the Henderson Business Resource Center offers educational seminars, introducing business from all areas of Southern Nevada. The Resource Center also works closely with the City of Henderson which provides many networking and educational events and tools for business.

The Henderson Business Resource Center offers its tenants a beautiful lobby.  We provide mail and parcel collection and distribution.

Meeting Rooms - Seminar Room, Conference Room and Hoteling Suite Room

HBRC SEMINAR ROOM is equipped with tables and chairs, 70” HDTV for presentations, Wi-Fi, a white board, marker and eraser and can accommodate up to 45 people.

HBRC CONFERENCE ROOM is equipped with tables and chairs, Wi-Fi, a white board, marker and eraser and can accommodate up to 12 people.

HBRC HOTELING SUITE ROOM is equipped with Wi-Fi and can accommodate up to five people.
